Only unworn, unsoiled items are eligible for exchange. Items must be in original condition without any stains, pet hair, odor, etc and must have original tags. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our processing center within 14 days of your purchase date. Please send an email to admin@naughtygoddexx.com with the subject line “EXCHANGE” indicating your order number, the name of the item (and SKU# if available), size that you wish to receive in exchange and indicate your return shipment tracking number. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you and provide you with a store credit.
Any items returned that do not meet the above criteria for exchange will be returned to sender. No exchange, refund or credit will be given for items that do not meet the exchange criteria, no exceptions.
