We get it, online shopping is full of uncertainty! Naughty Goddexx does not allow refunds however, we will do our best to make it right by allowing an exchange for an item of equal value.

 

Only unworn, unsoiled items are eligible for exchange. Items must be in original condition without any stains, pet hair, odor, etc and must have original tags. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our processing center within 14 days of your purchase date. Please send an email to admin@naughtygoddexx.com with the subject line “EXCHANGE” indicating your order number, the name of the item (and SKU# if available), size that you wish to receive in exchange and indicate your return shipment tracking number. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you and provide you with a store credit.

 

Any items returned that do not meet the above criteria for exchange will be returned to sender. No exchange, refund or credit will be given for items that do not meet the exchange criteria, no exceptions.

Please note, if you have in-stock items and pre-ordered items in the same order, we will send your entire order (in-stock and pre-ordered items) once the pre-ordered items are in stock. If you need to receive your in-stock items immediately, please place 2 separate orders (1 order for pre-ordered items and a separate order for your in-stock items).
